Our Story

Del’s Charcoal Burger has been serving burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs all flame grilled to perfection since 1957.

Taher “Hoss” Hossein has been at the helm of this Richardson staple since taking the reins in 2003. Outside of a few additions of his own, Hoss has kept the offering very much the same since Del Smith first opened the doors. Fresh ingredients, charcoal grilling and a love for nostalgia are the hallmarks of this family owned restaurant and are what makes Del’s such a great place to eat and gather with friends and family.
